Based on a true story. A working mother is slapped with a sexual harassment complaint when she explains she must pump her breasts to a coworker.
Breastfeeding has never been explored in film, and until one has a child, the notion of breastfeeding and pumping is a foreign concept. Though many people support a mother’s right to breastfeed, most have no idea how challenging the task is and the insurmountable obstacles women face in the workplace. Breasts is about giving women a voice so those obstacles can be conquered.
Written and directed by Eva Contis, produced by Kerry Cahill. A film made by women, about women, and for everyone.
